We will accept items for return and credit given when …
- An item was defective at time of delivery and returned to us in 15 days of delivery.
- If we sent you something other than what was ordered and the item is returned to us within 15 days.
Under the normal course of business, BSCexpress Stores and website will not accept returns with the exception of those listed above. If, based on extraordinary situations, a decision is made to accept an item for return, other than the reasons listed above, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed, and all packing material must accompany the item.
